PLEASE! Do not send us AI generated songs, period! Music supervisors will not take them and they end up wasting our time due to metadata tag entries.
IF Your song is AI Assisted, that is a different story. You can send AI Assisted songs provided the following:
1. You wrote the lyrics and have them copyrighted.
2. You have invested a portion of time in the AI generated song yourself and have documented this in the registration paperwork.
Example: AI creates a song for you. You break out the stem files from the song and load those into your DAW where you mix and master the song, giving it a better sound. Then register the song and document the human part.
Example: You upload your lyrics to the AI generation platform and use the AI generated music and AI generated vocals. This must be documented when copyrighting and registering the work.
During the song upload process on our website, you must indicate whether you used AI in the creation of the song.
