Many songwriters ask if they can register songs created with Suno:
If you have the Suno $30/mo package, all of the copyrighted rights to the song your create are included. It is the package above Pro. Then, when you go to your pro like BMI or ASCAP, you can register the song. That is as far as I know.
Rules about AI seem to be all over the place. I know that if you create a song using Suno and use your vocals, that is considered AI Assisted. Also, if you create a song on Suno and export the stem files to your DAW and mix master the song using your DAW, same, AI Assisted.
Those can be registered usually without issue. But, start a document or spreadsheet and create a log of these songs and what you did (the human part) to make them AI Assisted. Be sure to store that information in a safe place for later recall if your works are questioned.
If you just create straight AI song on Suno, those normally are not registerable. You have to modify them, adding your "touch".
And wheather Suno's included coprights for the songs are included, beware. They just lost a huge lawsuit and are going to have to pay out millions in damages.
