These types of problems are almost always related to the type of browser you are using.
Our system is certified to work with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Google Chrome is preferred.
So, if you are having issues uploading or editing, change your browser to Google Chrome.
You should not have any other issues, once you do that.
