A spinning refresh button at the top left of your browser indicates a network connectivity issue.
To stop the spinning, click the X icon in the top left of the browser.
Wait for a few minutes and try again. If still doing that, check your network connectivity.
To check to see if your local network is working or not do the following:
1. In the white search box at the bottom of your screen in Windows 11, type "command".
2 A black window will open.
3. At the prompt, type "ping 8.8.8.8" and press enter.
4. If you see that the ping is returning packets, you are good, at least locally and our to Google.
5. If you see that the ping is not returning packets, you have a local or upstream network issue.
6. If #5 above, contact us so we can check our servers. To contact us: Go to this link ... Support ... and click "Submit Ticket". Fill in out and click "Send".
We will get with you as soon as we find out what the issue is. Be sure to include your phone number.
