This question was asked, but the question itself is mis-worded.
A sync licensing arrangement or "contract" between the songwriter and the buyer should be the question. The word "your" or Songwriters Portal does not issue sync licenses to itself.
The answer is "when you sign a contract where sync licenses are involved and they most certainly always are" , it all depends on the buyers requirements. Some buyers will
want exclusivity and some will not.
