Shown below are the requirements and procedures for song placement into music supervisors catalogs.

From your state-of-the-art, secured dashboard, you will manage your song uploads, view song status, and much more.

All songs that are submitted for placement are reviewed and either approved or disapproved for submission.

Your uploads must be complete before thay can be placed into music supervisors catalogs and require the following:

  • Song Title
  • Artwork
  • Artist Name (If no artist, use the songwriters name)
  • Composer Name (same as above)
  • Grouping
  • ISRC or ISWC Number
  • BPM
  • AI Disclosure
  • Metadata Fields (For Free account only. Paid plans include AI based metadata generation. They also include instrumental track generation). Hint: Most background music in TV, Ads, Film are instrumentals, so it is very important that you include your instrumental track for each song unless you have a paid plan. Then, your instrumenal tracks are generated for you for each song.
  • Lyrics
  • Songwriter Name(s)
  • Publisher or "Self"
  • Pro

  • Full Song File (.mp3 only)

After your .mp3 is loaded and all data has been entered, You will click the three buttons in this sequence. Load, Generate Clips, and Submit. If you followed the directions correctly, you song will now appear in the Song Catalog.
